[CLIENT & GAMEPLAY] Settings no longer save (Language filter & in-game volume)

So there are two parts to this, and I'm putting them in the same post because I'm not quite sure if they're interrelated or not.

1 - Language filter is perma turned on, regardless of whether the "Enable language filter" box is checked or not. Language is constantly filtered both in client and in-game.

2 - In-game volume reverts back to 60% master volume and 100% on every other volume option, making it where I have to readjust everything every time I enter a match.

It's quite possible other settings aren't saving as well, I just am only aware of the volume reverting back at the end of every match.
