Anyone else experiencing this bug?

Now that home guards isn't optional we all get the speed boost at 20 right?

So why is it that I sometimes don't get the speed boost? also its not just at 20, I'll have the speed boost and everything will be going fine, but I'll recall at say 35 minutes in and I wont have the boost...

Also, when more than one player is on the base with me, the other player gets the speed boost but I don't... Not sure if it's just my client but is anyone else having this problem? Because for the most part I'm just sitting here like [slayer-jinx-unamused]
