Twisted Treeline Ranked Gameplay (Continuous Team Bug)

Dear Riot, You have a serious problem in ranked 3v3 that I don't think you are aware of. I did not include any screenshots or files because it is not that type of bug. I mean I could include screenshots, but it wouldn't really prove anything.

Dear Riot, Twice now while playing ranked 3v3, my team and I have encountered this bug. Just earlier, we played three games in a row. On the third game after we won, the screen stayed black except for the "Skip Waiting For Stats" option. Afterwards, we viewed team match history and it said W:2 G:2 when we had clearly just won our third game. Keep in mind this is a brand new team.

Dear Riot, The game never counted. It never updated. It's as if it never happened yet it's in my summoner match history. What's extremely upsetting is that we won the next two in a row, which would have been our 5-0 for provisionals. Except we had to play 1 extra because of that game that did NOT count. And we lost. Thus setting us back to a 4-1 for provisionals.

Dear Riot, This is the second time this has happened to us. Once on this team. One time on a different team.

Dear Riot, Please fix this shit.
