Kindred passive not working against jungle monsters after my 2nd creep kill

So I have played kindred, I had 2 stacks from jungle monsters and 2 from champions until i finally noticed that it showed I was not getting more than 4, unless it was a visual error, Im sure it wasn't because I kept smiting the monsters/killing them with only auto attacks to test and the number wasn't going up unless I was killing champions (I believe I had 6-7 stacks by the end through champions). I dont know how many posts of this has been put up or how rare this bug is but I want to share this with the riot team because I had the bright idea of trying to go a cinderhulk kindred build relying only on bork+tri-force as my atk speed+38% atk speed rune page build and it felt pretty awful not getting the stacks since part of the build relied on the on-hit carrying my dmg as I wanted to be a more of a bruiser build.

Same here, I went a whole game getting no stacks from jungle mobs.

Her passive only works for me till one or two stacks on blue emblem on map, then I can only farm stacks from red emblem on map...It could be we don't fully understand how it works or it could be a bug..not sure. Also when I lane with her and I am the only kindred, the passive marker on map is sometimes blue, and sometimes red...
