Teambuilder skin issue

I'm sure this bug has been documented already, but what's the progress on the teambuilder issue with skins selected not loading into the game? I assumed it would be fixed with next patch but I didn't see it in the notes. This is a huge deal to me because people actually pay real money for skins, so this bug is directly not giving people what they have paid for. Anyone now what the deal is?
