Nasus Q bug 5.17

Greetings, ever since the 5.17 patch Nasus has had a q bug. The bug happens when you select a target with the q active. The animation will either go super slow and not complete or will look like it completed but never does then lags. This lead to not being able to damage the target you selected and causes problems both in cs and fighting. I have personally lost many games because I died in a fight where otherwise I would have lived.
