New Draft mode, Might be nice if banners had a bit more notice

With the new draft mode out for a few days now, I've noticed a large increase in the number of games being cancelled out because players who were up to ban didn't pick a ban. Most of this time, they are off doing other things during the pre-game and I believe that everyone can agree it would be nice to have a warning, such as how it does for when you first find a match. That and I'd rather not have to go through que 3+ times because of the one guy on either team who didn't ban.
