Has the client got buggy with this patch? [CLIENT]

Lately the client has made the game a pain for me, in game everything is fine but trying to do anything in the client makes me want to kick puppies.

Basically everything gets extremely slow, i want to play normal/rank dynamic, sometimes when i press "Launch" the spinning circle stays there for good 5 minutes until a window with "an unknown error has occurred"

When i get in champ select, i preselection, no matter how hard i click a champ, nothing happens, the counter goes to 0 and thene is like the game is frozen, no one bans or anything, then BOOM seems like everyone picked in the same second when it's my turn to ban/select champ, and then after sometimes the client stays open and the game doesn't start but is just for me, until i play with the summoner spells, the game starts.

My client has always been slow but never to the point of costing me so much, i now have a 30 minute penalty for dodging ranked because i couln't pick a champ, twice now i've had to connect late to games, 2 minutes after it starts and as a jungler it hurts me a lot.

i was in champ select for a normal game, i went to select a ward and this happens

The counter is in 0 and seems like everything no bans are happening, i couldn't close the ward selector that was trying to load, and then when it open, there was an overflow of information, everyone made a ban, and i was already out with "You did not lock in your pick or ban. Your group was removed from matchmaking." because i couldn't ban because of the ward selector, and then like 15 windows of "an unknown error has occurred" as i close one another appears....

Never had issues like this Riot.
