[CLIENT] Wrong selection quotes for reworked champions.

Whenever I choose Poppy , Taric or Ryze in champion select, they consistently play their selection quotes from** before **their VGUs. This has happened every time I choose them, across several different game modes. Notably, these are the champs who have been updated since I installed League. Older ones like Sion and Tristana play the correct quotes. Clearly, its not a game-breaking issue, but it's still irritating.
