Loading screen splits in half and overlays top and bottom half - CLIENT

When the client enters the loading screen the screen tears and is split almost evenly horizontally across the middle of the screen. The top and bottom halves are combined and overlayed each other becoming opaque and transparent so that both images can be seen. It usually does it so that the text from splash art and player names can be read the bottom of one player name touching the top of the other teams player name. This continues in game but can usually be remedied by restarting the client a couple times.

I haven't been able to screenshot the loading screen, it just comes out black. And I usually forget in game as I am rushing to get it fixed so I don't get reported.
