Azir E bugged

Have played several azir games and have had the same issue, im not sure what specific conditions have to be met for it to happen but i have had it happen against several different champions. Simply put, I would either cast my w (minion) or use my q (minion line attack) to re position minions behind the enemy I would then use my e (minion jump) i would then proceed to dash straight though them and get neither a shield nor knock them up. I noticed it especially when fighting a yasuo, as it happened several times during a longer fight, at some point i was just trying to stall to see if i could knock him up (i couldn't, like four times in a row it failed and i just went straight through him) I will attempt to get a recording of it so as to have evidence of this. its sad, every time i think its safe to practice azir there are just more bugs.
