sated devourer on Xin Zhao reduces the dmg output on his q.

His q attacks two times instead of three times. Attacking two times doesn't even get him to knock up faster. It's more like 1 and (2) and 3, than 1 and 3. Meaning he attacks two times in the same duration in which he attacks three times. And of course, the bonus dmg proc is reduced twice only.

I mean. Sated devourer is supposed to make the champion stronger, not weaker, right? Isn't that the point of farming for sated devourer? Is this a bug or intended?
