IP not displaying Properly whlie attempting to rename my summoner

I am attempting to change my summoner name due to the fact my team has disbanded and have well over the amount of IP needed to purchase a new summoner name. However, when I go into the buy screen my IP is displayed as significantly lower than it actually is (13300 vs 14500) and will not allow me to change my name because of this. When I go into a the champion store and try to purchase a champion with IP, it is displayed properly.

Any help would be appreciated.
