Everytime I log onto my account I get a message saying I got chat restriction and ..................

Everytime I log onto my account I get a message saying I got chat restriction and it has the text from in-game where I was yelling at a shitty teammate. It tells me what I said and explains to me I have chat restriction and there is an "understand" button that you click and it closes. I feel like i'm only supposed to be hitting this "understand" button once, not every single time I log onto the game. Why do I have to keep understanding something that I already understood. Yes, that sentence made a lot of sense.
