My buddy and I decided to try and see if the stun was just a visual or a actually changed mechanic so we used yasuo's ult to determine if the champion was considered knocked up when only visually stunned and at 6:10 in the video we go bot lane and his ult works on the stun q against the Chogath Bot.

The correct time is 6:10
That's weird. You can clearly see a minion knocked-up ~3:48. Yet everything else doesn't receive the right effect.
It might be registering it as a knock up for those purposes, but the players/monsters are still being able to attack sometimes. It also sometimes procs the stun, but doesn't show the animation for it.
