Leaver Buster System Broken 2.0

Once again I get a leaverbuster. Last time i actually got a leaverbuster for leaving for 5 games but it lasted 10 games. This time i got leaverbuster for no reason why i logged in a few weeks later. I cut down on the amount of time i play LoL. With this happening, I want to quit league again for a few weeks. Riot please fix your system.
