Spectator mode bug?

Whenever i press the "i" key to bring up the options tab for spectator mode, it is blocked by the window in the bottom left corner were the camera options and fog of war options are. I have a screenshot, but i have no idea how to post it onto this. i am unable to move the window to gain access to the options.
