[CLIENT] Sion loses ability to Q and R entirely mid game

Towards the end of my game with Sion I Iost the ability Q and to R entirely. Pressing Q or R did NOTHING at all, no feedback from the client whatsoever. Clicking on the abilities made no difference. W and E still worked but Q and R were dead for over 5 minutes till end of game. I have no idea what triggered it, perhaps after I died. I seemed to take a lot more damage also, the minion wave at base was wrecking me but that could be my imagination. I don't recall if I died AGAIN after they went dead to see if t would recover but I don't think so. I also didn't have time to try to leave reenter the game.

I played earlier today with an ally player playing Sion and he described the IDENTICAL problem. Somewhere in the middle of the game he Lost his Q and R entirely and he couldn't function as a player at all. He mentioned something I didn't understand, he said he was able to get it to work when smart casting(?) as opposed to quick casting(?) (not sure If those were the terms he used)
