Sion Q and R bug

When i was playing Sion in my match half way through the game my Q and R glitched out to where i could cast them from clicking on the move or keybindings. So i became useless half way through the game. I think it happened when i went to ult in on the team they CCd me like crazy and killed me fast. After that i couldn't cast anymore when i came back.
