Mordekaiser causing FPS drop

I was in an ARAM match with on the opposite team when about half way or more through the match, I noticed a drop in my FPS from 60 down to somewhere in the 40s. This has happened before and only occurs when he is alive and on my screen. If he's not on my screen, but visible to my team, there is no FPS drop.
