[client] Owned champions not appearing in URF custom games.

I was testing about the bug that master yi has when he uses alpha strike about the camera following him, but when I tried to test it in a custom URF match master yi nor any of the champions that I own appeared in the champion select option. Only the champions that are in this weeks free rotation are available to choose from.

steps: 1)create a custom URF game (at 1st i thought it was because the team size was set to 1 but it happens with all sizes) 2) start the game (by your self) 3)see that owned champion is not displayed nor filtered.
