Automatic Loss in series, Didnt play a game yet.

This is total bs. I earned my promotional series to Silver 3. I took a break to watch a movie and continue playing after the movie. When i return it says that i have one loss in my best out of three series. I havent played a single game since earning the promotional series, and on top of that when i go back to check my match history my last four games have been victories, and as far as i know those update automatically. So as far as i am concerned this is a bug that needs to be looked at as this is unfair. Im going to try and win these next two games to see but in any case this is a bug that needs to be looked at.
