Nothing is loading concerning client, and maps double load.

The shop, Hextec, and profile isn't loading. It just has that swirl that doesn't move.

Edit: I made a custom game to see what else was buggy, in champ select it said it wasn't my turn to choose. And when the map loaded, it made two game windows. Like if I were to alt+tab, it would take me to another window where the map was open. So I have two map overlays. Easier to explain it as, having two windows open and having the same video play on top of each other without the ability to close one.
