Riots chat restriction system is broken.

Riot. If you are going to have a system to falsely ban someone for chat then fine. The least you could do is have a system that does the other parts of the restrictions right. Or fix something in the game and not keep making animations, characters, skins, etc. I get it. It makes you money. But the more broken the game is the less anyone wants to play it.
