(ARAM) Guardian's Horn has 100% efffectiveness against Singed's Poison Trail (Q)

Doing a casual ARAM game with friends while playing Singed and I happened to notice that their Garen was taking damage ticks of 1 from my Poison Trail. This was still early on when everybody was Lv. 3-4 so nobody had any major Magic Resist Items. All the other enemy champions were taking normal damage, but I noticed Garen was the only one with a item 2051.

As it is stated, it has 25% effectiveness against DoT effects, so when I play champions like Cassiopeia , Brand or Fizz I don't notice a major difference with them. It seems that the Horn will block the full 12 damage per tick, as once I had gained some levels and Ability Power Items, it started to deal damage to him.

Perhaps it's just a coding issue with Poison Trail not being treated as a DoT. But it basically means that a team can all get a item 2051 and negate nearly all of Singed's damage.

It shouldn't matter in total. Say singed does 100 total damage over 4 seconds. Well, 100 = 25 + 25 + 25 + 25. Compared to one person who does al lthat damage at once, garen would take 75 damage. But, singed would still deal exactly the same amount of damage because 100x(75%) = 75%x(25+25+25+25) = (18.75+18.75+18.75+18.75) = 75. So it only looks like it deals a lot less damage because singe's flat damage is spread out over time. Brand and Fizz deal percent damage which is more effective against a tank, and cass just deals a a lot more damage.

Try testing it in a custom and get some video evidence or something. None of my peeps are online so I can't test it for ya. :/
