Runaan's Huricane doesnt apply this effect

does not apply Essence Reaver's 3% max mana recovery passive from crits

noticed this while testing a muramana 100% critical build in a custom game. mana would go up steadily with mura active Vs. solo targets and deplete like a barrel with a canon ball blown through it vs waves.

Edit: on a side note i thought muramana's active was only supposed to drain once per shot anyway and not per hit with runaan's. i remember a riot discussion about it
