Can't connect at all to the game

Hello,

So, I was playing a game of aram, everything was fine, no issues.. all okay. I come out of game, and i'm trying to play draft... but I can't connect AT ALL in loading screen. Restarted client, sign in and out... forced closed my client.. opened it back up.. restarted my PC... still NOTHING.

Riot please FIX THIS. This issue at hand isn't down to me, so if people report me for leaving... it's not fair if i'm punished if your client isn't even WORKING.
