Just had this happen to me-- tried to ban Heimer, but when I searched for him, he didn't show up. Tried just looking through all of the champs, and he wasn't there. Then sure enough, after the ban phase was over, he showed up again and I could choose him.
You can only ban champs that the enemy team owns. Doesn't matter if you own them.
yea, that would mean that no one on the enemy team owned heimer :)
You can only ban champs enemy team owns, same for normal draft and ranked (though in ranked most people have a ton of champs and combined together it's not noticeable)
