Patcher freezing

Im sorry for my english first of all

The title says it. Its freezing. Also when searchign for a game sometimes it doesnt show me when it finds a game and kicks me from my own lobby after. ANd if it manges to find a game the lobby is lagging. When i click on a champion it takes a long time to switch and the same things goes for masteries and runes or even spells. When i use the chat its slow too. Today the timer for choosing a champion froze on 0 and i left the game cause i got sick of waiting. Ingame when someone gets a kill it skips a few frames. How do i fix that? Most of my friends have this bug as well and its really annoying.
