New Bard Snow day skin Bugged?

There has been some clear (Q) stuns that I throw and it doesn't stun even though it should. I have seen it happened on other bards (snow day skin only). Will this ever get fixed? Is it a known bug?

Hey TsukinoKitten,

Would you happen to have a screenshot/video of this? This skin uses the same hitboxes as the base. Do you think it's a matter of getting used to the new particles? I had a similar issue with Star Guardian Lux, and it ended up being a matter of getting used to how her new (Q) looked.
