[GAMEPLAY] Ashe's Q interactions not working as intended

I've been doing some testing with Ashe's q and how it procs on-attack effects, (not on-hit) I've come up with these interactions:

Guinsoo's Rageblade (Item): according to the wiki this is an on attack effect, and should stack multiple times with Ashe q.

Fervor of Battle (Mastery): I'm not sure if this is supposed to act like guinsoo's but it only stacks once on her q. According to the description it should stack at least 3, since it is an auto and a spell.

Thunderlord's Decree (Mastery): This occurs after multiple instances of damage, but does not proc on her q even though it is 5 hits.

Rapid Fire Cannon(Item): According to the wiki this is on attack effect but i think this is referring to the range increase. The range increase works fine.

Black Cleaver (Item): I believe this is working as intended (need confirmation).

Runaan's Hurricane (Item): Works as intended.

Life Steal: Works as intended (need confirmation).

Comments: Just test in game against bots. Fixing some of these might bring Ashe back.

Guinsoo's Rageblade: Correct, it should stack multiple times, but the AoE damage should only trigger once per attack, as that is an on-hit, not on-attack.

Fervor of Battle: It shouldn't act similarly to Guinsoo's Rageblade, as basic attacks generate stacks for Fervor of Battle on-hit, not on-attack, so you should only get 1 stack per basic attack. Also, while yes Ashe's Q is a spell, you only generate stacks from spell damage, and Ashe's Q is not considered spell damage, it's considered basic attack damage, so you should only get 1 stack per basic attack, since it's a ranged basic attack.

Thunderlord's Decree: As with Fervor of Battle, triggering Thunderlord's Decree with basic attacks is considered to be on-hit, so even with Ashe's Q hitting five times, it will still only be counted as a single instance of damage. So you should still need to land 3 basic attacks to proc it even with Ashe's Q active.

Rapid Fire Cannon: Correct, only the range increase is considered to be on-attack.

The Black Cleaver: I don't think the armor shred is really considered on-hit or on-attack, but rather just on every instance of physical damage dealt. So Ashe should get five stacks per basic attack with her Q active.
