Poppy ult bug

Poppy's ult wont always actually knock the champions back as far as it's supposed to, in fact it seems to stop working if there's a minion near the enemy champion which causes the minion to receive the knockback to it's full extent but the champion just gets a normal popup as if you hit them with an uncharged ult

Edit: seems like this can happen if it only hits a champion also
