New champ select frozen during enemy ban

Queued up for my first ranked game earlier. During the enemy's first ban, the timer counted down to 0 and just stayed there. The ban did not complete and champ select did not proceed. Our team members were still able to chat with one another. After about 10-15 minutes of waiting, the draft glitched out and I got a "Group Disbanded" pop-up.
