Veigar AP Bug (Gameplay)
Has I was playing Veigar i got to 80 ap with just the passive and some how lost 6 ap to have 74. It happened again late game, 1300 ap and I lost 200 ap. I did not die at all.

Maybe blue buff? it gives 15% bonus ap,
that sounds like something that should be in his kit make his ult cost 25/35/55 ap
