Right click stops working

Randomly in game my right mouse button gets bugged and makes it impossible to right click on enemies and use targeted abilities on quick cast I notice the cursor is highlighted red in the middle as if I were hovering over an enemy. I can still move around just cant right click on anything. It fixes when I restart game but that's not optimal in game.
