CAN NOT CONNECT TO THE CHAT SERVER!!

I Cant get connected to chatting server EVERY GAME ! This means that I have to support every game or have massed up meta in League blind game! I also have to guess what other what to do based on champion selection and they can change their champion selection in any time...

P.S. why is riot keep deleting my post? Do I need to post this on every board? or just send a customer report.. or something...
