Could not lock in bans or lock in champion in champion select. (Client Bug)

In champion selection I could not select a champion to ban. This has happened twice in a row and im losing LP everytime. Kind of upset as now I have 15 min wait. I just want to play the game.

Edit: Now every I try to look at my match history It says

"Unknown Error

An unknown error has occurred

Sorry about that. We've sent a report to the server. If you continue encountering this error you may want to check the support site or forum for more information."
