Clieant froze on champselect, can't start any game now ect

Hi there, just now i encountered some major issue, i was in champselect and when we tryed to bann everyone foze and can't bann, then we stuck there for like 2 mins, then got dropped from there. After that we tryed to start a game with a friend the i got stuck on the accept screen, for like a min, then i can't even start any game, then i tryed to relog, and the client crashed when i started. Then forsectopped it and started again, then i stuck on login, then it did a client-version backroll and downloaded something, then i tryed to relog, stuck again and since i can't start game, selcet gamemode, and it's not only me, my friends can't do anything as well.

Someone should take a lookinto it
