Nobody spawning, minions not spawning

I just got in a matchmade game, nobody spawned, minions didnt spawn and im still in it at the moment. This is kinda weird and i have no idea whats going on. We're all laughing about it but this needs fixing. Help? xD

Edit: Disconnecting and reconnecting seemed to solve the problem, but i sure as hell wont be queueing agin for a while xD
