Katarina [gameplay}

so this has happened to me twice now.... i do the usual katarina combo qewr and then all of a sudden i cant use q, r, or b anymore. even clicking the buttons on the bar do not work. a complete restart did not fix my issue as it did the first time. i tried to reconnect 4 times and restart the client 3 times and still no sucess.... this happened in a ranked game aswell, sooooo i essentially was 100% uselessas on shunpo and w worked on my champion. not sure what i did wrong or if i just did the combo to quickly and it glitched katarina out.... id like an answer tho
