After the new patch(5.16).. Warwick can't find enemy's under 50% hp.

Hi ! Today i played Warwick, like usual. But my E is not working at all. I can't find enemy's under 50% hp like it used to be. I tried pressing the E... still nothing happens. I am like 1 foot from them, and i can't see the enemy. What is up with it ?

They all probably died from trying to buy armor when you weren't paying attention.
