Bugs on Custom Gaming: Normal Summoner's Rift Map

I was recently playing with friends on a custom game and noticed 2 problems. 1. Some of the portals from Rek'sai are constantly flashing while others are not. 2. The Base Turrets guarding the Nexus continue to make a noise as if its attacking however nothing (enemy minion or champion) is at the base. Just wanted to bring this to peoples attention.
