Stop wireless mouse from losing power by securing the battery inside [mouse freeze]

I saw some people post about mouse freeze problems. It's hard to tell why a mouse went wrong, so I just post mine.

Symptom: The mouse works fine and feels fine, until that intense battle commenced, during which it stopped responding.

Reason: You rock you mouse too hard, babe. The battery seat can't handle the G.

Fix: I rubbed the battery contacts with paper. ( Make it shiny. ) I added a small piece of foam pad just thick enough to hold the battery firmly in place. ( Too much force may cause deformation of plastic in the long term.) I added a ring of fine copper wires twisted together on top of the positive contact. This make the spring produce just a bit more force and create more contact points. ( THIS ONE IS VERY RISKY. Loose wires can kiss the circuit board or even the battery itself and create a short.)

I don't think you're reporting a bug, just a faulty purchase. Maybe get a wired mouse so you don't have that trouble. :)

Yes, get a wired one. Shine battery contacts if you like.

Adding wires is just too dangerous, also voids warranties.
