[Gamplay] Fiora's Q spell dealing more damage then suposed

Maybe it's my lack of information about abilities that make me feel that she deals more damage but here is what i have noticed. I tested it with someone and when he hit level 2 (taking W first and Q second) he dealt over 200 damage with his Q (checked with death recap). Problem is, His Q was supose to deal 40 + 25 (2 times = 130 without taking my armor in considaration).

That would mean that fiora's Q completly ignored my armor OR that it may add an extra basic attack on top of it. Fiora's Q tooltips doesnt mention any extra basic attack.

If it's not a bug, i would like to know how can deal that much damage when her tooltips doesnt say anything about it.
