End Of Game Mouse Movement Bug

Just a few minutes ago, I finished a game in which the enemy team surrendered at 23:10. After the Nexus exploded, when the "Continue" button popped up with the victory message, I couldn't see my mouse on the screen. I tried wiggling my mouse around but given the size of the mouse icon I thought maybe my computer was being wonky. However, when I Alt+Tabbed out, my mouse was stuck in the upper left corner of my screen. Every time I tried to move it out it immediately went back into the corner, even moving back as I was still moving it out. I unplugged my mouse and it was still bugged. I only had the League client and Google Chrome open, and when I pressed Ctrl+Alt+Delete, I was able to regain control of my mouse while I was on that screen, but when I tried to open task manager to close down League to see if I could make sure that it was the cause, my mouse immediately moved into the top-left corner again. If this is even a League bug it's quite uncommon, as it's the first time I've encountered the bug and I've already played almost ten games on this patch. I am on Windows 10 as well if that makes a difference. I also restarted my computer and League and everything is back to normal, the game is recorded in my match history and I did receive IP for it, so it's not that big of a deal, just a minor nuisance. I would have tried to take a video of it but seeing as I had no control of my mouse I was unable to.
