Firewall Issue

Is it just me, or do people get the firewall issue too. I've sent many request to riot, but their always telling me it's a problem with my connections. I went through multiple routers and turn off every single firewall making sure their aren't any left. I went into the deepest security detail of my laptop and shutdown ever firewall, antivirus, and whatever is possible that gives me this error after champion select. Riot has all this time to make new champs and skins and summoner icons, but they honestly need to take time into their connection servers, and as far as I know, they are always having issues with their connections. Please do something about this riot, I am sure i'm not the only one,
