Rakan dashing while snared

You can see the E icon is greyed out, I am definitely snared before I jump (I didn't get hit by Morg Q mid jump), but I still make it. I'm even snared for the remaining duration after landing next to Sivir.
Tbh maybe this is a Morg Q bug rather than a Rakan bug.
