[Gameplay Bug] Nether Grasp suppression fails

This has happen a few times prior however I was not annoyed enough to report it at the time. The issue appears to be isolated to only master yi ignoring the suppression of nether grasp. The condition for that appears to be if he has enough attack speed or his ult is active and yes he is in melee range.
