Game changing bugs on yasuo

When i ult with yasuo (hapend on gp) i charged into him and my ult was instantly ended without doing any damage and had cooldowns. When i tried that to janna i ulted her normaly and after the ult im wasnt able to hit her or do any spell on her for 3-4 seconds. Those bugs failed my game and i think they might fail more people's games.
