Masteries aren't applying in games.

ive had 3 games on team builder different mastery pages for each yet when i look at my stats in game none of them apply. i would have armor masteries when i tanked jungle yet when the game started i would have no added armor or movement speed bonus. its becoming a big issue when i can't get the extra damage or health needed in landing and jungle. plus you can the healing bonus. I've tried different masteries but it doesn't matter what page i use none are working in game even though it has it locked in before the game starts.
